Two conversations happen before anything else. One is with our office, the other with the supervisor who’d be out on the job. Between them we learn where things stand and what matters most to you.
Estimates cost nothing and commit you to nothing at all. Say the word and we’ll set one up. An in-person look is our preference, but photos texted over work well when that’s the quicker route.
Then we put it all on paper, usually by the following day. The proposal describes the job, explains our method, and includes the cost so there are no surprises later.
Hire North Dakota Hoarding and our supervisor works around your schedule to set the start date. Containers, access, permits, whatever the job requires gets lined up before the crew arrives. The idea is simple. Everything ready, so the first hours count.

Emotion comes well before logistics. Overwhelmed and unsure where to start describes nearly everyone who calls us, so the first conversation is unhurried, completely private, and free of pressure.

Over the years North Dakota Hoarding has been in a wide range of homes, working alongside people from every walk of life. Circumstances change from one house to the next, so the plan changes too, always aimed at handing you back a home that’s clean, safe, and yours again.

Never. Restoring your home is the whole business, and nothing we see is reported to any government office, social service or community agency. If an agency is already involved with your household, we coordinate only when you ask.

Some clients already have agencies involved, and that’s no problem at all. If you’d like, North Dakota Hoarding will speak with your case manager, your inspector, or whoever else is watching the file. Understanding their concerns up front tells us what has to be fixed for the home to pass.

One trip, start to finish, is how these jobs typically go. Occasionally somebody asks us to handle part of the house now and return for another phase down the road, which we can arrange. We also keep in touch with organizers, therapists, and in-home care providers around the region. If you want a name for follow-up help, we’ve got one.
